NOVARTIS - SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
The brief was to develop a World Urticaria Day social campaign that reframes Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) as "the simple answer to a complex riddle" for undiagnosed patients. The campaign had to help patients stop searching for non-existent triggers and instead recognise CSU as their condition, encouraging them to discuss it with their doctors.
